Etekcity Aroma Hybrid Diffuser Review

 

After purchasing and using several diffusers in the past few months I decided to try a diffuser that would reach a larger sized room (had more water capacity). I decided to try the
Etekcity Aroma Hybrid Diffuser because of the many features it offers. This diffuser comes with the diffuser, a measuring cup, ac adapter and a user manual. It also has the ability to set a timer to allow you to use the diffuser at 60 min./180 min./360 min./ and ON intervals as well as offering the option to display 6 LED lights in red, blue, yellow, green, white and pink that can be set to bright, dim, rotating or off as it suits your needs.

This diffuser is more easy to use than the other ones I have (mammoth diffusers) and only requires that you remove the lid. Just use the included measuring cup and fill with water and your selected oils (no oils if you chose to use as a humidifier) and replace the lid (make sure the tiny arrows towards the bottom of the diffuser are lined up). There is also the option to just fill and measure by way of the side of the humidifier as there are clear lines and amounts imprinted on the inside...100ml, 200 ml and 300ml. Then select the time you want and the light will light up next to the chosen time.

Another great feature for the Etekcity diffuser is that the ac adapter is located on the underside and there is a small opening on the outer edge for the adapter to fit through creating a smooth appearance. When not in use the remaining water in the diffuser can be drained to prevent build-up. There is a stated "Drain Side" with an arrow pointing to the side you should drain the water from to prevent damage to the diffuser.

I really love all of the options on this diffuser....the lights are bright and colorful, the many timer options and the surface area that is covered by just one unit really make for a high quality product. Etekcity has taken all the guesswork out of using a diffuser and this is a great unit for anyone new to using diffusers.
