I live right outside a big city but have to work in the city which always has tons of traffic, speed traps and accidents. There have been times when I was not the one at fault but blamed and therefore made to pay a fine. I decided that I needed to get some sort of security option and finally purchased the Conbrov T9 1080p Full HD Car Dash Cam. I wanted a camera that was small but able to record all relevant activity day/night while also being able to take photos. This Dash Cam allows me to do just that and more with the 1.5 inch LTPS Screen, built-in microphone/speaker, micro SD card slot that holds up to a 32G card and emergency recording with motion detection capability.
The video resolution is M-JPEG 1920 x 1080P30 and 1280 x 720P30.
Photo resolution is 5MP and the Photo format is JPEG.
Loop recording is offered in several options (OFF/1min/3 min/5 min/10 min) with auto screen shut off (OFF/1 min/3 min).
This product includes T9 Car Cam, a user manual, vehicle mounted adaptor, vehicle mounted cup bracket and a USB cable. The memory card is not included. Overall, this is a nice basic Car Camera that can be easily mounted in your car to record video or take pictures in both night and day settings. After using/testing for a few weeks I can say that the user manual is not that great and actually is somewhat confusing. Taking the time to learn what the Dash Cam can and can not do is really the only way to learn how to get the most out of the camera. Also, while the quality of the camera is nice, the screen is a little small and it makes it hard for me to focus and figure out what the options (icons on the screen) mean....but then again, my eyes aren't that great these days. Very lightweight and has yet to fall off my windshield when left in a hot car (90 degrees), plus the charging cord is extra long to allow you the ability to place the Dash cam anywhere on your dash/windshield. Very impressed and no problems to report. Would make a great gift as well.
